SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are not returnable. All special orders require a 50% deposit before processing.

CREDITS AND EXCHANGES

Items may be returned for refund up to 30 days of purchase or exchanged up to 60 days of purchase.

Return merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and, where applicable, in the original gift box with all the warranty cards and instruction books intact. This includes any diamond certificates or grading reports. Damaged items, discounted or sale merchandise and items that have been altered, such as sizing or changes to the original design, may not be refunded. All returns must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the name of the purchaser or name on the receipt. Refunds must be issued on credit card used for purchase and any checks written must have a hold of 10 days before refund is issued.

LAYAWAYS

Items may be put on layaway for up to 4 months with a minimum deposit of 20%. There must be monthly activity and the item must be paid for in full by the end of the layaway period. If we do not receive a payment in 30 days, we reserve the right to return the item to stock. A credit may be issued, less a 20% restocking fee. Items on layaway over 30 days are non refundable.
